I-95 Express Lanes Fredericksburg Extension (Fred Ex)

Description:
The project includes ten (10) miles of new two-lane reversible Express Lanes (with full shoulders) from the existing southern terminus at Garrisonville Road (Route 610) to Warrenton Road (Route 17), and approximately 1.5 miles of an additional reversible Express Lane within the existing 95 Express Lanes south of the Route 610 New Express Lanes access points, including flyover ramps at the Route 17 terminus and Quantico, and a direct, reversible ramp connection at the (Old) Courthouse Road in Stafford County. The project also includes the construction of seven (7) new bridges and all-electronic tolling.
